    What does it mean? If you haven't been satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your purchase to us within 14 days of receiving it. We will offer a full refund of the total price you have paid for the order. However, you will need to arrange and pay the return shipping by yourself.

    The purchase qualifies for the return, if:
    - The products have not been used in any way and are not washed
    - The product is in its original undamaged packaging (carefully opened package will be considered undamaged)
    - All original tags and labels are attached
    - The product is complete, i.e. both items of a pair or a set must be returned
    - You have a proof of postage of items - in case the shipment is delayed or lost in process

    You are allowed to try the products on (unless indicated otherwise), but you cannot use the products in any way.


    To initiate a return, you have to notify us of your intention to return the product(s). You can do it in either way:

    Always include the Order Number (4-digit number,can be found in the Order Confirmation) - it will help us to proceed your request as soon as possible.
    Our customer service will give you further instructions on returning the product(s).
    Please note: If you send us the product(s) without contacting customer service, we may not be able to process your return and cannot guarantee a refund.


    We will initiate a money return as soon as we receive the proof of postage of products from you. We always do our best to return the money as soon as possible, however the process can take up to 14 banking days. We will refund the payment with the same payment method as in original payment, unless you agree to another method, and in any case in a way that does not cause you extra costs of cancelling the agreement.


    If the delivered product has been damaged, you can report of the damage and return the product without cost. Please contact us for return information and inform whether you request money back from the purchase or delivery of a replacement product. In case of payment refund, we request you to inform us your bank account information.


    We are always striving to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. In case you have ordered the product and the size doesn't fit you well, we will ship the product in other size free of charge.
